This Is Who I Am

I'm a strange person, I know it. I'm in love with many things, hate some things, and dream of lots more. There are things I love that some people will think are quite strange. There are places I love, but have never been to before. There are people I love, but have never met before. With all this said, I will tell y'all some of my secrets and strange loves just to know a little bit more about the person behind this blog.

• I am first and foremost a Jesus lover and follower
• I am an imperfect person trying to follow Christ
• I am a lover of almost all things outdoors
• I love to sit on the top rail of a fence to watch the world and feel the wind blow through my hair and on my face
• I am an observer
• I am quiet because I'm a very observant person
• I am reserved not necessarily because of my upbringing, but also because I want to be
• I love watching British TV shows and movies
• I am deeply in love with horses
• I am learning how to do some bonding with horses which can actually greatly improve me with human relationships
• I am a hater of all kinds of crickets (I've stepped on way too many while walking barefooted)
• I am completely horrified and grossed out by cockroaches
• I am almost positive I could never live in the city
• I am equally scared and fascinated by the woods (scared because of the movie The Village)
• I dream of owning a Clydesdale
• I dream of riding said Clydesdale bareback over miles of rolling hills
• I dream of owning a ranch
• I dream of opening up an orphanage on said ranch
• I dream of making dreams a possibility for foster kids through said ranch

I ream of many things and love many things, but really, I'm just a simple country Christian girl. I try to live my life for Him, however, I fail daily. I'm an imperfect girl living in an imperfect world, but I'm trying and striving to live for Him. We serve an awesome God and this is the life I'm trying to live for Him.
